Booking Terms and Conditions
To help you start your stay off on the right foot, here is a quick overview of all the important information.
Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel free of charge up to 7 days before arrival.
- If you cancel later than this, you will be charged 100% of the total price.
Arrival and Departure
- Check-in begins at 4:00 p.m.
- Check-out by 10:00 a.m.
- Other times available upon request
House Rules
- Our accommodations are non-smoking.
- Parties and events are not permitted.
- We ask that you be considerate of the neighbors, especially in the evening and at night.
- The accommodation may only be used by the number of people specified in the reservation.
- We ask that you treat the accommodation and its furnishings with respect.
- Pets are allowed (upon request), but we ask that they not be allowed on the bed or upholstered furniture.
- Please leave the accommodation in good condition upon departure.
Terms of Payment
- After you make a booking through our website, we will review it and then send you a confirmation of your request.
- We will then send you a personalized booking confirmation with all the details and payment information.

- Your reservation is binding once we have confirmed it.
